Structural foundations: stage assessment

Modules 1 to 6: modelling, equilibrium, internal actions, trusses, cables and arches. Several of these need two ideas at once — find a reaction and then use it, or recognise which of two methods applies.

This draws on the whole stage rather than one module, and several questions need two ideas combined. Work them out properly before checking — the point is to find out what you can do unaided, and a hint taken early tells you nothing.

There is no pass mark and nothing is recorded anywhere but your own browser. If a question defeats you, the module it came from is listed alongside.
