How Queensferry approaches personal data.

This page sets out how Queensferry intends to handle personal data. It is written for the current stage of the project, and will be expanded as features that collect data are connected.

The current state

This site is an interface preview. The registration, sign-in and contact forms are not connected to a backend, so submitting them does not create an account, send a message or store what you typed anywhere. Your input stays in your browser.

What we would collect

When accounts and discussions go live, we would collect only what is needed to run them — for example your name, email address and the content you choose to post. We would not sell personal data, and we would not use it for advertising.

Analytics and cookies

This preview does not set advertising or tracking cookies. If analytics are added later, we will prefer privacy-respecting, aggregate measurement and explain it here before turning it on.

Your choices

Once accounts exist, you will be able to access, correct and delete your information, and close your account. Until then there is nothing stored to act on.

Contact

Questions about privacy can go through the contact page. This notice will carry a last-updated date once data handling is live.
