A way of getting a mentor's view recorded next to your own, on the parts of your workspace you choose to share.

How sharing works, honestly

There is no Queensferry server behind the candidate workspace, so there is no account to share with and no link to send. What there is instead is an export: you choose what to include, download it, and send it to your mentor however you normally send them things. They read it, write their observations, and send them back.

That is less convenient than a share button, and it is what actually exists. Building a fake one over local storage would be worse.

When authenticated storage is built, this is where sharing will appear, and the seam is already in the code. Until then, the export is real and the sharing is done by you.

What is worth sharing

• The evidence matrix, especially the strength grading. Ask your mentor to grade it independently before they see yours.
• The gap analysis, so you are working from the same list.
• The report plan — structure and coverage, before you have written 5,000 words.
• The presentation plan, early enough to change the subject.
• The readiness checklist, as the basis for an honest conversation.

What mentors add

Comments, observations about evidence strength, suggested development actions, mock review notes, and dates for the next conversation. What they cannot do here — and this is deliberate — is mark an ICE attribute as achieved. Queensferry has no mechanism for that, because it would be a false signal in the one place a candidate most needs a true one.
