Your workspace
Everything the tools have stored in this browser — what is held, how to export it, and how to delete it.
Who this is for:Candidates at any stage
Every tool on this site stores its work in your own browser. Nothing is uploaded, nothing is analysed, and nobody at Queensferry can see any of it.
Where your work actually lives
In your browser's local storage, on the device you are using. That has three consequences worth understanding before you rely on it.
It is private. There is no account, no server and no transmission. Queensferry cannot read your evidence matrix, your gap analysis or your portfolio plan, and neither can anyone else.
It is fragile. Clearing your browser data deletes it. So does using a different device, a different browser, or a private window. Export anything you want to keep.
It is not a record. Nothing stored here is evidence, nothing here is submitted to anyone, and no tick in any tool means a Core Objective has been achieved.
Never put confidential project material into these tools
They are designed so that you should not need to. The evidence matrix wants a project name and one line about what you did; the portfolio planner wants page counts. None of them asks for client names, drawings or calculations, and none of them should be given any.
If you are working with material covered by a non-disclosure agreement, keep it out of your browser and out of every third-party service — including AI tools and free file converters.
Exporting and deleting
Every tool has an export that downloads its own data as a JSON file. The controls below export everything at once, and delete everything at once.
Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone, which is the point.
What is stored in this browser
Only your own device holds any of this. Nothing has been uploaded and nothing can be recovered by anyone else — including us.
Reading local storage…
This page reads only the IStructE keys. If you also use the ICE domain, its workspace is separate and is not touched by anything here.

Working safely
Worth doing
- Export regularly, and keep the export somewhere your employer would accept
- Use one browser on one device, so your work stays in one place
- Use project references rather than project names
- Delete everything when you are finished with it
Avoid
- Paste confidential material into any tool, here or anywhere else
- Upload project documents to third-party AI services or free converters
- Rely on this as a backup — clearing your browser deletes all of it
- Assume anything stored here counts as evidence to anyone
